GUIDE TO PICKING UP YOUR RACE PACK AT DECATHLON STORE
Preparations are in full swing, and your race number for L’Étape Czech Republic by Tour de France is already waiting for you!
If you selected in-store collection at Decathlon during registration, here is a clear guide on how to pick up your race pack quickly and without complications.
1. IMPORTANT CHECK BEFORE YOU HEAD TO THE STORE
Please take a minute to check your Rider Card (you can find the link in your registration confirmation email). This will help ensure your race pack is delivered to the correct store.
- Front side: Check whether your race number has already been assigned.
- Back side: Click the three dots (...) and select “Ticket details”. In the Race Pack Collection section, verify that the correct Decathlon store is listed.
Your race pack is delivered exclusively to the store shown on your Rider Card. If a different city is displayed, you must either go there or collect your pack on race day at the L’Étape Village.

2. WHEN CAN YOU COLLECT YOUR RACE PACK?
Collection at Decathlon stores takes place in the cycling department from:
Saturday 6 June to Monday 15 June (inclusive).
As a bonus, you will also receive a CZK 100 voucher in Decathlon, valid in any store until 15 June 2026. A perfect opportunity to grab any last-minute essentials before the start!
3. WHAT DO YOU NEED AT THE CASH DESK?
Without your Rider Card (either digital on your phone or printed), the staff will not be able to issue your race pack. This is your only verification document.
The QR code itself will not be used, but your name and race number must be verified against the participant list.
Collecting on behalf of a friend: This is possible, but you must present their Rider Card. You will then sign your own name and provide your phone number upon collection.

4. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RACE PACK?
Your envelope contains the full race essentials:
- Race number with timing chip for handlebars + cable ties
- Sticker with number and chip for seat post
- AMIX slow energy gel for the course
- Set of vouchers (pasta party, espresso, and other bonuses)
- Route profile sticker for your bike frame
- Direct wristband with race number for bike and baggage storage at the L’Étape Village
Note: Limited-edition cycling socks will be distributed separately as part of the Partner Pack directly at the L’Étape Village on Pankrác, Nad Pekařkou Street.
5. WHAT IF YOU DON’T MAKE IT IN TIME?
If you do not collect your race pack from Decathlon by Monday 15 June, it will automatically be transferred to the race office at the L’Étape Village (Pankrác, Nad Pekařkou Street).
There, it will be available on:
- Friday 19 June (15:00–20:00)
- Saturday 20 June in the morning (no later than 30 minutes before your start)
