GUIDE TO COMPLETING THE CHECK-IN FORM FOR THE 2025 HILLY STAGE

With less than a month to go until the Hilly stage of L'Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France 2025, it's time to collect some important details from all registered participants.

Everyone who registers for the race by May 22 will receive a unique link via email that takes them to the CHECK-IN 2025 form. These emails will be sent on Friday, May 23.

Riders who register on or after May 23 will complete the check-in as part of the registration process.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: To have your name on your race number, be correctly placed on the start grid, or have your Race Pack delivered to your address, you must complete the check-in form (or registration) by Friday, May 30 at 12:00 PM (noon)!

STEP 1 – REVIEW AND CONFIRM RACE INFORMATION

Verify your registration details
In the first step, you can check and, if needed, correct the information you entered during registration. Pay special attention to your address if you plan to have your Race Pack delivered via Zásilkovna before the race.

STEP 2 – SELECT BASIC SERVICES

Race Pack delivery or pickup
First, choose how you want to receive your Race Pack. The reliable delivery company Zásilkovna can send your pack to your specified address the week before the race (you can update the address in Step 1). This service costs 199 CZK and is strongly recommended. The alternative is to pick up your pack in person on Friday or Saturday before the race.

Pasta Party meal selection
Next, choose your meal for the post-race Pasta Party, once again held at the Strahov student canteen, focused on quality carbs.

Estimated average speed
We'll ask for your expected average speed during the race. If you're a first-time participant, this will help us place you in the correct start block. Returning riders will be assigned based on past results and registration time.

Bonus competition categories
Two bonus race categories are back:

HEROES: for bikes made before 1993.
GRUPPETTO: for riders enjoying the Medium Route at a relaxed pace, with a competitive sprint section for the green jersey.

STEP 3 – WILD CARDS AND DONATION TO KRÁSA POMOCI FOUNDATION

As part of the #NESESEDNEŠ campaign, aiming to involve and inspire seniors to live an active and connected life through L'Etape Czech Republic, we've partnered with the Krása pomoci Foundation, which supports dignified aging. Your contribution can make a real difference.

You can support in two ways:

Buy a Wild Card (500 CZK) – allows you to start from the first start block! Only 25 cards available per route.
Donate any amount – just enter the amount in the designated field, and it will be added to your total at the end of the form.

STEP 4 – ADDITIONAL SERVICES

These optional paid services are designed to enhance your race experience.

Strahov parking (200 CZK Saturday / 800 CZK for camper vans – full weekend)
Parking at Strahov is limited. To reduce congestion, we’ve implemented a paid parking system. Price: 200 CZK per car. Only 800 parking spots available, so don’t wait! We have 20 spots for RVs and campers.

Physio Rehab Zone & SportHelp Membership
Our partner SportHelp offers top-level care in case of injury — from special insurance to fast appointments with specialists. SportHelp will once again operate a Physio Rehab Zone in the L'Etape Village. You can book a massage, short-term insurance, or a combination of both directly in the check-in form.

STEP 5 – OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE

Next, upgrade your style with official L'Etape merchandise: t-shirts, caps, hoodies, and ultra-light bidons.
Note: Merch will not be shipped — it will be available for pickup at the Fan Shop in the L'Etape Village during race weekend.

STEP 6 – ENTER THE DRAW TO WIN A VAN RYSEL RCR BIKE

How to enter:

Be a registered participant
Enter your Decathlon loyalty number into the designated field in the check-in form (if you don’t have one, it only takes 2 minutes to create via the provided link).

Then just wait for Saturday’s race village program — we’ll draw the winning race number live. Maybe luck will smile on you!

FINAL STEP – PAYMENT AND RIDER CARD UPDATE

If you don’t order any extras, you’ll finish the check-in with no payment.
If you do order extras, you’ll be redirected to an online payment gateway.

If you’ve already downloaded your Rider Card, the details from your check-in form will automatically sync to it. If not, use the link or QR code provided at the end to download it — you’ll need it!
